Today morning, I drive the company Van back to company together with my housemate (also colleague). Perhaps, we thought they will be someone fetch us back home after work. Therefore, we did not bring any helmet.
However, after work, everybody is leaving back home, I am waiting my colleague because we are going back together. We miss the transport back to home, so both of us have to walk back to home.
My house is around 1 km away from my company. While walking to home, I try to concentrate on my walking step. Whatsoever my mind is just like an untrained monkey, the mind can not relax and calm down. I have a lot of thinking in my mind. I try to watch my steps and counting for the steps. Whispering to myself, left...right...left...right...., I try to get my mind with me. But it is only for a moment.
"The untrained mind is very dangerous", this phase is always reminded in my mind. Untrained mind will cause many problem to our daily life, we can't even know what we are doing with the untrained mind. Our mind will lack of power, less energy.
Mind power is significant to improve ourself. therefore, I always tell myself to know what am I doing now. Perhaps, this reminder cause an unconcious disturbance in concentrating what we are doing.
Therefore, just be aware and relax on doing things. Don't put too much of pressure on it.
